Books at Oberlin!
Bibliophiles are cordially invited to BOOKS AT OBERLIN, a full day of book-related events hosted by the Rowfant Club and the Oberlin College Library in conjunction with the FABS Bibliophiles Tour in Cleveland.
The day’s events will include morning panels by Rowfant members (discussing why and what they collect) and by Oberlin College faculty (speaking about how they teach with library special collections); a catered luncheon; and rotating tours of Oberlin’s major special collections and the library’s letterpress studio. Participants may also visit the Allen Memorial Art Museum and enjoy the attractions of the town of Oberlin, including the annual Juneteenth Celebration of the end of slavery in the U.S.
The cost for the day, including lunch and refreshments, is $50 per person. The names of participants along with checks made out to the Rowfant Club should be sent to:
